Common questions
A few things to know
About the lessons, the course and how to use this website.
Is this a replacement for a consultation?
No. The material is educational and helps you prepare for discussions with your clinical team. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice or a physician–patient relationship.
Do I need a referral to read the lessons?
No. The free lessons and discussion guide are available without registration.
Can I jump directly to a topic?
Yes. Use the menu or search the free lesson library. Each lesson has its own shareable address within this website.
Can this tell me whether I need surgery?
No. That decision requires an individual clinical assessment. The readiness guide organizes your questions and goals; it does not produce a surgery recommendation.
Is the full course available to buy?
Not yet. The course outline is a preview. Personalized reports and advanced course tools are reserved for paid enrollment. They cannot be purchased or unlocked yet; the free lessons remain available without an account.
Do I need to join a group?
No. This is a self-paced education course. There is no community forum or group participation requirement.
